April 2010 Pier Pointe Villas 102B Just a quick note to say what a wonderful holiday my family and I had staying in your Pier Pointe Villas condo. It was just as described on your website and completely exceeded our expectations. Beautiful view of the ocean and pier. The kids had a fantastic time at the beach and we all thoroughly enjoyed the indoor amusements like the dvd's and puzzles. It was large, clean, and had a beautiful view of the ocean and the Folly pier. We will stay here on our next trip to Folly Beach. The entire experience was awesome. Hope to return soon. Watauga, IN November 2009 Turtle Bay #8 We stayed here for a week in November and had a great time. It had everything we needed and when it was cold outside we found ourselves relaxing in the living room. The beds were so comfortable!! We had the most pleasant experience with the realtor to book this place. Everything was easy and she was most helpful. Overall was a great experience and easy to get to the beach and everywhere else in Folly.Lindsay13 Baltimore. September 2009 Pier Pointe Villas 102B Amazing! This condo is awesome. We stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed everyone of them. The condo is very spacious and beautiful! The master bedroom is huge with windows that open up to hear and see the ocean. The master bathroom is wonderful with a huge jetted tub. The living room is very comfortable and large sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. We were married in Folly Beach while we were there. It was nice to have a lot of space while we were getting ready. The condo is very close to Center Street. We rode our bikes or walked everywhere the entire week. Deborah was so helpful in helping us get everything set up. We were very satisfied with the condo and definitely plan on vacationing there again. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! Wonderful vacation and honeymoon! September 2009 Turtle Bay #8 This house was wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better location! It gave us wonderful privacy from the beach traffic, but was close enough to everything to walk. I don't think we used the car to get around the island all week. The pool and dock were both great, and the people in the neighborhood were so friendly! The house provided everything we needed and was spacious enough for the whole family, including the pets! It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was awesome for cooking dinners, and there was plenty of dinner seating for everyone. I'd highly recommend this house for its open floor plan, super comfortable beds, great decks, and awesome amenities. Folly Beach is awesome too--I suggest all of the restaurants, especially Taco Boy and Snapper Jack's! Recommended for families with young children. Satisfied Beachbum Charlotte, NC August 2009 Turtle Bay #8 This property was fantastic! The girls in my family were looking to get away with our mom and children last July. We found this property which was conveniently located near Charleston and a very easy drive from Ohio, which is where my family lives The condo had everything we needed. It slept eight people, had plenty of space for the children to play, 3 full baths and a great screened in deck with a rocking chair that my 70 year old mother thoroughly enjoyed every evening. The amenities were beautifully modern, a great two car garage and a property pool that was very clean and perfectly close to the condo. The condo was conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants, tourist shops and most importantly the beach! The owners of the condo were so gracious to provide beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and a cart to haul everything. It truly made walking to the beach stress free! After returning from the beach, half of us would start up the grill to prepare dinner while the other half of us enjoyed the bikes the owner’s left for us to use. If we didn’t go into Charleston or to any of the local attractions in Folly Beach, we would enjoy the surplus of movies and games at the condo. This trip was our first family girls trip. We had such a great time that we have already agreed that Folly Beach will be a part of every girls trip from here on out!! Daugher#3 Chicago, IL May 2009 Turtle Bay #17 What a rejuvenating experience after a very long, cold Vermont winter! We left home with a foot or two of snow on the ground, and arrived to 70-80 degree weather and thought we had found paradise. Somewhat noisy teenage neighbors on the weekend only served to demonstrate how peaceful and serene the location is most of the time. We think this end unit with it's North, marsh/river facing porches might be the best of Turtle Bay. Loved the furnishings, adored the screened in porch, bench & chairs occupied for hours. Location is fabulous. Plenty close to Folly while keeping an almost rural feel. Kids loved the beach, SC Aquarium, Palmetto Carriage Tour (we loved the parking!) and we all ate ourselves silly. Crab Shack- excellent oysters! Lost Dog-best breakfast. Love #17 Turtle Bay!! Emily & Tom, William (age 4), Naomi (age 2), and Dottie Stowe (grandma). April 2009 Turtle Bay #18 We loved our week at Folly. So peaceful! The condo was so nice to come back to after all our sightseeing trips! Especially loved the pool and the view!! April 2009 Turtle Bay #17 Thank you so much for sharing your incredible condo with us. We loved every bit of it. We can't imagine a more fun weekend. It was so nice to be able to walk everywhere. The Lost Doge Cafe is our new favorite spot in CHS. Best breakfast in the world! Go to Taco Boy for a margarita & order the guacamole. Yum!! Loved the views. The view is great from the balconies we watched a fantastic thunderstorm roll through. The Crab Shack here has some great seafood buckets. We also went to a place in Charleston called the Cru Cafe. Amazing food...try the Duck & Steak Filet!!! The Lost Dog. Awesome breakfast and just around the corner. Enjoyed our first trip to Charleston and hope to be back soon.
